Cancellation Policy

We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life.

In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are honored. 24 hour advance notice is requested when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone else to schedule an appointment.

Illness

Massage is contraindicated and will not be provided if the client is experiencing any symptoms of an acute illness, such as cough, fever, congestion, etc. The therapist will be happy to reschedule the appointment when the client is well.

COVID-19

In support of community effort to limit the spread of the Coronavirus, if you have knowingly been exposed to the virus, please abide by the CDC's quarantine guidelines. The therapist will be happy to reschedule after your quarantine time is complete.

No-shows

Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason will be considered a “no-show.” Habitual "no-shows" will be required to pay at the time of booking, and will not be given a refund should he or she "no-shows" without 24 hour advance notice.

Late Arrivals

If you are not prepared to meet with the therapist at your appointment time, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. If it is more than 15 minutes after your scheduled appointment time, the therapist will then determine if there is enough time remaining to start a treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible to pay for the full session. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
